Dr. Hot Dog makes a quick diagnosis

After I posted a cartoon featuring a couple of hot dogs a few days ago, I just had to follow it up with another one. By the way, this ketchup-covered weenie would not be welcome in Chicago, where hot dog elitism continues to reign supreme. And one more thing: If you have a doctor who calls you a "weenie," it's time to find a new doctor.
