It’s true that “Captain Scratchy” the comic strip is being retired, but “Captain Scratchy” will be reborn as a site featuring a variety of gag comics (single panel and multiple panels). I’ve enjoyed working with Rick, Rufus, Angry Horse, Little Horse, Chicken and even Jeff the Lethargic Beaver, and I can safely say they’ll make appearances now and then in the new “Captain Scratchy.”
