Well, this episode took quite an ugly turn, didn’t it? Who knew that Little Horse had an angry streak of his own, and that it was fueled by a former president?
In the words of my often-drunk cousin Earl (third cousin, twice removed … from my house): “That Captain Scratchy cartoon sure has some messed-up horses.”

In fairness to Jimmy Carter, Little Horse was pretty useless with a hammer.
Those horses are getting angry. I guess it’s the acohol, although no one is being served.
Also the appearance of Dubbya might be feeding the anger. They could start him off with a pretzel?
